Whether you need a little help with everyday tasks, companionship and reassurance, or more regular care throughout the day, we’ll take the time to understand what matters to you and build your care around your individual needs and routines.
Personal Care
Respectful, discreet support with everyday personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing, toileting and getting ready for the day or for bed. We provide support in a way that protects dignity, encourages independence and respects individual choices and routines.
Medication Support
Our trained care team can provide appropriate medication support in line with an individual’s assessed needs and care plan, including reminders and assistance where required. Care records are updated digitally to help maintain accurate and timely information.
Meals & Nutrition
We can help with preparing meals, snacks and drinks, taking account of individual preferences, routines and dietary needs. Where appropriate, our carers can also provide support and encouragement with eating and drinking.
Companionship & Social Support
Care is about more than practical tasks. Our carers provide companionship and can support people to enjoy the things that matter to them, whether that’s having a chat over a cup of tea, going shopping, attending appointments, getting out for lunch or enjoying local activities.
Dementia Care
We provide personalised support for people living with dementia, helping them remain safely and comfortably in familiar surroundings. Our carers take time to understand each person’s routines, preferences, life history and the things that help them feel secure and reassured.
Respite & Family Support
Caring for someone you love can be rewarding, but everyone needs a break sometimes. We can provide care and companionship while family carers take some time for themselves, whether that’s for a few hours, a regular arrangement or a longer period of support.
Shopping, Appointments & Getting Out
We can support people to get out and about, whether that’s shopping, attending appointments, visiting friends and family or simply enjoying some fresh air. Where appropriate, our carers can accompany and support people so they can continue doing the things that matter to them.
Short-Term & Holiday Care
Care doesn’t always need to be a long-term arrangement. We can provide short-term or occasional support following an illness or hospital stay, while family are away, or for people visiting North Devon who need care during their stay.
